I woke up around 11 today. I should have woken up earlier….. Then I ate a cup of yoghurt. I ate too much because the cup is big. But it’s O.K. I wanted to make my stomach full in order not to eat any more (I’m on a diet!). However the attempt came to grief. I ate a slice of cake when I was in a cafe. I regret doing so.How stupid I am!!! When can I achieve a diet?
